Draft for AMB legal review
Privacy Policy
How AMB handles institutional inquiries and website analytics.
Status: Draft for AMB legal review before production launch. Effective date: August 10, 2026.
Information we collect
When you contact AMB, we collect the name, institution, work email, role, priority market, message, and basic source information you choose to provide. We do not request attachments.
Do not submit student data
Do not include student records, transcripts, passports, dates of birth, financial information, health information, or other sensitive student information. This website and its inquiry form are intended for institutional representatives.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to understand your request, respond, maintain a record of the institutional conversation, protect the form from abuse, and improve the website.
Storage and retention
Inquiry records are stored in Cloudflare D1 and are accessible only to authorized AMB staff. AMB will define and approve the production retention schedule before launch. Records no longer needed for an active or reasonably anticipated business relationship will be deleted under that schedule.
Analytics
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for privacy-focused, aggregate traffic measurement. AMB does not use advertising pixels, session replay, or cross-site tracking by default.
International processing
AMB operates from Irvine and Shanghai. Information may be reviewed by authorized team members across these locations where needed to respond to an inquiry, subject to AMB’s internal access controls.
Your choices
You may ask AMB to correct or delete inquiry information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements, by emailing privacy@amb.ltd.
Changes
AMB may update this notice when its practices or legal obligations change. The effective date will identify the current version.
