Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you contact AMB, we collect the name, institution, work email, role, priority market, message, and basic source information you choose to provide. We do not request attachments. When you voluntarily subscribe to AMB Insights, we collect your email address and retain an operational record of your subscription request and confirmation.

Do not submit student data

Do not include student records, transcripts, passports, dates of birth, financial information, health information, or other sensitive student information. This website and its inquiry form are intended for institutional representatives.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to understand your request, respond, maintain a record of the institutional conversation, protect the form from abuse, and improve the website. Subscription information is used to confirm your request and deliver AMB Insights. Submitting the normal contact form does not subscribe you to AMB Insights.

Email delivery

AMB uses Resend as an email delivery and contact-processing provider for AMB Insights. Confirmed subscribers can unsubscribe using the link in any AMB Insights email. Resend remains the operational source for current email eligibility, including unsubscribe and suppression status.

Storage and retention

Inquiry records and subscription confirmation records are stored in Cloudflare D1 and are accessible only to authorized AMB staff. Records are retained while needed for the subscription, an active or reasonably anticipated business relationship, or another legitimate operational or legal purpose.

Analytics and advertising measurement

Google Analytics 4 loads with analytics storage denied by default and may send limited cookieless measurement signals for aggregate reporting. If you choose “Allow analytics”, analytics storage is enabled so AMB can measure visits, pages viewed, referral sources, device and approximate location information, and successful inquiry or subscription events. The OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel loads only after that choice and may attribute a successfully submitted inquiry to an eligible ad interaction. The website code does not explicitly pass the work email entered in the inquiry form to Google Analytics or the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel. Google advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization remain disabled.

International processing

AMB operates from Laguna Niguel and Shanghai. Information may be reviewed by authorized team members across these locations where needed to respond to an inquiry or administer a subscription, subject to AMB’s internal access controls. Analytics information may be processed by Google and OpenAI in locations where they operate.

Your choices

You can allow or decline analytics and change that choice at any time using “Privacy choices” in the website footer. Your choice is stored in your browser so the prompt does not reappear on later visits. You can unsubscribe from AMB Insights using the link in any edition. You may ask AMB to correct or delete information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements, by emailing contact@amb.ltd.

Changes

AMB may update this notice when its practices or legal obligations change. The effective date will identify the current version.
